Intellectual Property Rights Policy
Sports Club Shop offers an E-Commerce service for shop partners that allow them to produce and sell their own clubs merchandising articles.
Sports Club Shop setup an online shop for owners which is rented to them on an annual basis, and gives the owner the opportunity to offer their own specially-designed merchandise.
The Terms and Conditions prohibit shop owners from setting up or putting into circulation any merchandising articles that infringe the original author, brand or copyrights of a third party.
Since all of the products listed in the shop owners website is done purely by the shop owner, Sports Club Shop cannot insure that these rights are never infringed by a shop owner. Therefore, Sports Club Shop asks all rightful owners that suspect intellectual property rights to let the company know immediately.
Following the Terms and Conditions, Sports Club Shop holds the right to immediately delete all content (graphics, logos, text, etc.) that violate the intellectual property rights of an original author, brand or copyright. The shop
owner must produce a confirmation of rights to the copyright or rights to use the copyright for every design
uploaded. This would require proofing every design before accepted by Sports Club Shop and potentially by a
